Philosophy

This Technology was founded on a single principle: Separate the distribution of information about content from the content itself, and move service provider content well into the future.

We started out by creating the first independent metadata management solution that can manage multiple forms of On Demand and Linear metadata and made it available as a web service. From there, we saw the future of both real time content acquisition and just in time advertising space management.

Today content acquisition, advertising sales decisions and dynamic insertion must come together within the Service Provider’s architecture. These systems must know the advertising space policy as decisions get made and executed.

In a service provider world where multiple campaign managers and insertion gear are running side by side, the industry needs a new technology that can manage cross platform, cross vendor, cross MSO content and advertising space: This is it.

Our goal is to reduce the costs of content information acquisition, validation, and distribution. We’ve created a scalable system for managing interactive advertising space for the sales and insertion gear that require the information, without the operational cost or bias of managing that space in multiple applications.
